Our mission at Emilee's Healing Hut is to provide our students with a warm and inviting space to explore their yoga practice. Our inclusive classes provide personalized attention to every student to ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. From Restorative to Strong Flow, our classes are designed to refresh both your mind and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and energized. Join us in our cozy space for an authentic and transformative yoga experience.



Our Restorative Yoga classes offer a chance to unwind and replenish your body and mind. You'll spend the entire class resting in comfortable poses, supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This allows your muscles to completely relax and release tension, while promoting deep breathing and a meditative state. Emilee's crystal bowls and drums add an extra layer of relaxation, allowing you to fully surrender to the present moment. Whether you're recovering from an injury or just need a break from the stresses of everyday life, our Restorative Yoga classes are the perfect way to restore balance and rejuvenate your spirit.


Kid & Me Yoga

Introducing Kid & Me Yoga - the perfect class to bond with your little one while improving your health and well-being. Designed for kids 4-8 years old, one parent will practice yoga with their child for a fun-filled 30-minute session.

All Levels Yoga

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, join us at Emilee’s Healing Hut for our all levels yoga class. We’ll focus on building strength and flexibility, while also teaching proper breathing techniques, alignment, and muscle engagement. Our goal is to help you build strong foundations for your practice, no matter what level you’re at.


Gentle Hatha

At Emilee's Healing Hut, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone. We offer Gentle Hatha yoga classes that are perfect for beginners and those who prefer a slower, more mindful practice. Our studio environment is warm and inviting, and we welcome all individuals regardless of experience, fitness level, or age. We are dedicated to helping our students find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga.

Yoga with Props

Kundalini Yoga

Trauma informed Kundalini practices utilizing pranayama and mantra (breathing and chanting) techniques to increase your health and energy. Kundalini uses gentle spinal movements and different postures that specifically target our lymphatic and glandular systems for over all balance and vitality. No experience necessary. Props and variations are available. 


In 2016 Emilee completed her first Iyengar 200 hr YTT. In 2020, she completed a 500hr Yoga Teacher Training program focusing on Vinyasa with certifications in Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Prenatal, Kids, Adaptive/Chair and Trauma Informed Yoga. Following the Raja (8-limbed path of Yoga), Emilee integrates practices of Yoga in an accessible way, providing each participant with modifications and accommodations when needed. 

The goal of Yoga is not only "quieting the mind" it is also "celebrating the fluctuations of the mind." We live very busy lives, have real thoughts, worries and stresses. We can utilize the tools of the Raja path to help find calmness throughout these fluctuations to limit our suffering.
