From Restorative to Vinyasa, our classes are designed to refresh both your mind and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and energized. Restorative
Our Restorative Yoga classes offer a chance to unwind and replenish your body and mind. You'll spend the entire class resting in comfortable poses, supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This allows your muscles to completely relax and release tension, while promoting deep breathing and a meditative state. Emilee's crystal bowls and drums add an extra layer of relaxation, allowing you to fully surrender to the present moment. Whether you're recovering from an injury or just need a break from the stresses of everyday life, our Restorative Yoga classes are the perfect way to restore balance and rejuvenate your spirit.

Vinyasa Flow
At Emilee's Healing Hut, we offer a unique experience of practicing yoga in a safe and nurturing environment. Our Vinyasa Flow style of class starts with a gentle stretching warm up, followed by heat and strength building sun salutations with sequenced poses. Abdominal work is incorporated to promote a strong core, and every class ends with a peaceful savasana. We welcome students of all levels, and modifications are provided to ensure everyone can practice safely and comfortably.

Gentle Hatha
At Emilee's Healing Hut, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone. We offer Hatha and Gentle yoga classes that are perfect for beginners and those who prefer a slower, more mindful practice. Our studio environment is warm and inviting, and we welcome all individuals regardless of experience, fitness level, or age. We are dedicated to helping our students find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga.

In 2020, I completed a 500hr Yoga Teacher Training program and since then, I have dedicated myself to extending my knowledge in order to provide the best possible experience for my students. I believe that Yoga is for everybody and every body and strive to make my classes accessible to all levels and abilities. My yoga studio is located in the heart of the city and provides a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere for intimate classes. The studio room overlooks the Rock River and is perfect for groups of up to 6 students.
