Salt Cave Yoga Nidra Sound Bath $20

Service Description

Join Emilee in an hour long Restorative practice focusing on deep relaxation. This is an all levels class. During the poses Emilee will read a guided mediation script, promoting deep relaxation through "Yogic Sleep" with Yoga Nidra, and play her sound bath instruments. Space is limited to 6 guests. Cost is $20, $10 is paid to Emilee's Healing Hut upon booking and the remaining $10 will be paid upon arrival to Beyond Salt Spa. Emilee will bring blankets and props, please dress comfortably. Class begins at 6pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to pay remaining balance and to sign a liability waiver.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact the studio 12 hours in advance. If you cancel in less than 12 hours, you will receive a credit for a future class/session but no refund. No shows do not receive any credits.
