Experience a truly unique and healing experience with our Gentle-Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath in the salt cave. This one-hour class combines supported stretches with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation and a vibrational sound bath to promote deep relaxation and rest. Reserve your spot today with a $10 deposit going towards Emilee’s Healing Hut, and pay the remainder upon arrival. Reservations are required. Limited spots available.
