Service Description

Join Emilee in an hour long Restorative practice focusing on deep relaxation. This is an all levels class. During the poses Emilee will read a guided mediation script, promoting deep relaxation through "Yogic Sleep" with Yoga Nidra, and play her sound bath instruments. Space is limited to 6 guests. Half of the payment is required to book, the rest of the payment will be made at Beyond Salt Spa. Class passes may be used for the portion of the payment due to Emilee's Healing Hut, but you will still pay the remaining balance to the Spa. Emilee will bring blankets and props, please dress comfortably. Class begins at 6pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to pay remaining balance and to sign a liability waiver.
