Soothing Soundbath with Kimberly Lempart

Service Description

Simply sit or lie down with mats, blankets, and pillows and get comfy. After a few minutes of guided breathwork, the remainder of the session is filled with wonderous sounds and frequencies created by a variety of instruments including a Paiste Chiron gong, Chau gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes and more! These healing instruments will promote deep relaxation, move energy, reduce stress, and rejuvenate you. Event will be held at Basic's Cooperative in the Community Room. Please bring your own blankets, pillows, eye masks, and yoga mats to be as comfortable as possible. Reservation required.
