Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, to ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance Customers who cancel their class or session at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations 12 to 24 Hours in Advance Customers who cancel their class or session at least 12 hours but less than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours in Advance No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class or session. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate other clients effectively. Thank you for your understanding
